Over our 8 years together, we have developed a love for adventuring around the UK and exploring it's National Parks.

Callum first booked the Lake District for Hattie's birthday in 2019 and we fell in love! If it wasn't for our lovely family and friends down South, it's somewhere we would call home.

Fast forward to 2022, during a Christmas staycation in the Lakes, Callum popped the question at Easedale Tarn — one of our favourite walking destinations in the Lakes.

In 2023, we spent a long weekend in the Lakes looking at wedding venues. We just couldn't get the Lakes out of our head, no matter how many venues we saw closer to home.

The last on the list, was the Inn on the Lake. It was everything we'd been looking for - with its beautiful up-close view of Ullswater Lake and the surrounding fells.
